Tracy has spent over two decades in the legal industry, most recently as managing partner of a Merseyside multi-disciplinary practice. She boasts an inarguable track record of 200% growth in a three year period through developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy.

Tracy is a lawyer who possesses an unusual diverse mix of skills; expertise in business planning and strategy, financial management/analysis, risk and compliance, marketing strategy and auditing. She is very hands on in her approach to management and has a unique perspective of the many challenges facing law firms.

Tracy provides risk and compliance support to a diverse range of firms actively assisting them in their day to day compliance obligations.

As a Law Society Lexcel Consultant, Tracy has been advising on the practice management standard since 2010, and is passionate about the benefits Lexcel accreditation bring to a legal practice. Her enthusiasm for the standard was acknowledged by her appointment to the Law Society Lexcel panel in August 2013.

Tracy has most recently been appointed as Lead Assessor for the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation and in addition to assessing firms is heavily involved in providing consultancy services to firms to help them prepare for assessment.
